Martin Logan are well known for their electrostatic panel speaker systems. However, they need a high quality/ high power amplifier to drive then to their potential.

It means that your speakers are the conventional kind, and don't need anything special

beken: ah. Way more than I need. But not a terrible price for what it is, huh?

pritcharddesign: True. They are a lot less expensive than when I was shopping for high end speakers.

pritcharddesign: I see. The connectors there make it very tricky and maybe not a job that can be done by that BT device. On the other hand, the BT device works great as a transmitter from a non-bluetooth TV or other sound source to bluetooth earphones as I'm using it.
