It sure is! I have my 42" tower fan running full speed and also have a small dehumidifier running. This is what I have to put up with during summer. I can not drink enough water.

That is an understatmement! I am pretty miserable right now. I suspect I will not even be thinking of sleep until around 3:00 AM.
