It's baffling.

George didn't have prefect powers at the time, and Sanchez was an upperclassman. So if George had ever felt the need to do anything about Sanchez, he couldn't have done it. However, Sanchez wasn't much too troublesome. Sure, he was difficult to make sense of, but he does his own work, and that was something George respects XD
