I don't know if that means the movie was actually good, or if I just had such low expectations that it couldn't help but exceed them.

First off, Yelena stole the entire movie, and she deserved it. She made ScarJo look better and act almost human. Making fun of the superhero pose made me cackle outloud EVERY FUCKING TIME.

Secondly, I kind of adore that Taskmaster was female, even if it was a very sad story.

Like, part of me hates that a lot of this movie is not really about Natasha. Like, Natasha deserves a fucking movie, but this was more about the Black Widows as a whole (And that is FINE, I LIKED that,) but again, it was like how Cap 3 was more like IM4. It was... filler, and with Natasha being dead in the MCU it was... anti-climatic?

Anti-climatic in the way that it effects Natasha as a character I mean? Because she's dead, there's no more developing her. And so then I get mad about them killing her off all over again.

The after credit scene was good. At least someone remembers her instead of Tony Stark. Im kind of curious if any of the Widows, or the little family got dusted after Infinity War.

Also I've been a fan of Florence Pugh since I saw her in the Little Women movie so that was fun. And it was awesome to see Rachel in an action flick again, Mummy flashbacks YASS.

I'm excited to see what part she plays in Hawkeye as well.

So overall, maybe a 6/10? I'd watch it again, mostly for Yelena, but it's not up anywhere in my top five MCU movies by any shot.
