The best branded experience I ever went to was for Hendrix. It was $25. You got unlimited cocktails and it was like a whole parking lot full of stuff. Live jazz bands. A girl who walked on the top of bottles in point shoes.

Old timey bicycle racing. Magicians. Stuff you could climb to the top of and drink your drinks on. A mysterious teepee that you could only be chosen to enter.

I very much enjoy an immersive experience. But only if it's actually done well, not as a cash grab.

Like the company has to be willing to lose money to win public favor. Oh! Also Hendrix had carnival games like lawn bowling and horse shoe toss.

It genuinely won me over to Hendrix 4 life.

I got a lil' cocktail book and a hand fan and some playing cards and this was all like over 5 years ago and I am still like fuck yes Hendrix. I don't even really like gin.

The experience I went to for the TV show The Magicians was also great but: sober
