One of the students this year has axolotls (and sheep, but that's beside the point) and brought one of the 6-month ladies in for show-and-tell intros today, and he's letting me babysit the bab
Obviously, she's an albino baby. Apparently she can eat a half-inch of worm, and has stolen two legs from siblings before getting separated out, which is also mildly hilarious.
As with all living creatures, though, she has eyes bigger than her stomach, so she'll try to eat more than that but literally doesn't have space, so it just pops back out???
Yeah, I mean, it's not really TEETH, just, like, a cartilage ridge, I think, but either way, it makes me laugh that she's just like, "no, absolutely not, thank you."
