The meals we get three times a day here where I live have been cut back to about half of what they were. We were already not getting enough calories and now we get less. I have already called a social worker about this. There must be something that can be done!
I agree something must be done. I wish I knew where to start.
The owner has responded. Now, she wants to deduct $50.00/month from my rent and wants me to get my own food. I have no way to get my own food and I do not have my food stamps reinstated yet. I told her this would not work for me for that reason.
I hope they are able to figure out a better option
The way this is going, I may end up with NO MEALS at all.
Yes, it is happening. The owner is insisting that I buy my own food for meals. I told her that there is NO WAY that I can do that but she keeps insisting that I do. I already filed a report with Adult Protective Services earlier today. I did get dinner tonight. 
Is there anything in your rental contract about meals?
I have never signed a rental agreement here. She did back down and I get my meals as I should. This is a small victory. The difficult stuff will come later after she is contacted by APS.
