Mind Boggled!! I had to get a replacement phone a few months ago because nobody could hear me. T-Mobile sent me a new phone with a shipping label and box for the old phone. I had 45 days to send the old phone back. I lost the return label so was not able to do that and T-Mobile would/could not send me a new one. They sent a label to me in email.
I do not have a printer so could not print that label out. I called T-Mobile about this three times within the 45 day time but could not get a new label sent to me. So, I was not able to return the old phone and T-Mobile charged me full price ($899.00) for the new phone. I gave up then! I was thinking about all this last night and this morning.
I decided to go public on Twitter with this and got an immediate response from T-Mobile. I explained everything to a new person in chat. Long story short, T-Mobile has wiped out the charge for the phone from my account and I do not even have to send the old phone back. Mind BOGGLED!!
