My bank account balance has been negative a couple of times recently, so my bank has turned my ability to do mobile deposits OFF. I have no other way to make deposits. I have no transportation to get to an ATM or bank branch of which there are only two in this county. They suggested I deposit the check via snail main and I told them there is no way...
...that I will send this check through the mail because I can not be sure it will get there. I do not trust snail mail for financial transactions. I had to tell the agent this at least five times. They kept telling me the same thing so I asked for a supervisor and tried every way he could to dissuade me from doing so. Finally I got a supervisor.
Of course, the supervisor gave me the same runaround so I asked her for the name and number of her boss. She would only agree to give me an address so I never got the phone number. Now, I do not know what to do. I have no way to deposit this check into my bank account because the bank turned my mobile banking off. There is something very wrong here.
I also told these people that I am disabled and can not go to a bank branch or ATM and I have no transportation. It had no effect!
