3) How do they put themselves to bed at night (reading, singing, thinking?) singing, i think!!! or flipping through forum posts, he has fun reading everything that's going on... npc and pc alike... so that's "reading" in a sense but i'm 100% he comments on people's posts at fuck all in the morning if he can't sleep for some reason www

4) How easy is it to earn their trust? very... be nice, give him something sparkling, generally don't be a weird shady weirdo... he has a pretty good gut check about people's intentions and way they do things, as marked by his initial views of a few people in canon, but Generally Speaking he tends to trust easy

the more you try and butter him up about something or use his family name (not too relevant in yogen) the less likely he'll have a "good feeling" about you, but it's been shown that once he'll even learn to trust people he didn't previous... a current example of this in yogen is komaeda, who he thinks? he trusts? at least he trusts him in some ways

but komaeda also makes him as much as he's going to friendship his ass

10) What lie do they most frequently remember telling? Does it haunt them? that's he's fine. it encompasses a lot, "i'm fine! i'm happy! it's okay!", and it doesn't haunt him because he still does it today

some of his most important people in the whole world... he cherishes them both a lot, but he can't say it to chiaki because then he'll get a big head and start getting super touchy and sentimental and loud and subaru hates that when he's not the one doing it ☆ chichansenpai don't interact ☆

daikichi is a national treasure and he'll always start something with his dog if asked for any kind of story about his life, this has happened several times in yogen already

28) Do they usually live up to their own ideals? yup!!! and beyond, too! subaru is someone who sticks to his beliefs and his heart, even in the face of adversity -- he was the only one in his friends group on two separate occasions to keep rallying and fighting against something that was unfair, pulling them back together, and leading to a happy end

this might come out more in yogen... but it definitely could have if things with amami escalated, he's not shy about things at all

1) What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do? .2 seconds because the minute he has to sit still he starts wiggling or tapping his fingers or any kind of movement. subaru is Not someone who can simply sit still unless he has something or someone to distract him, and even then, he's fidgeting somehow

18) What is their favorite number? 5. there's five points on a star, five people in trickstar, the 5(00) yen coin is shiny and bright it's his fave... 5 is just a good number to him

7) What triggers nostalgia for them, most often? Do they enjoy that feeling? stars, dancing/singing, music in general... he does enjoy it a lot, because he has so many precious memories new and old, and he cherishes them. maybe he'll share some someday

"okay so like, platonic love is the sort of love you feel for everyone! your friends, your dog, your hobby, the plants outside, that sort of thing! it's suuuper important too, so don't think it isn't!!! (c)

"romantic is... uh... well, it's like, sometimes holding hands isn't enough? or maybe it's too much? when you're into them that hard, you want to keep holding onto them until you can't anymore, and then some? also there's kissing. a lot of movies focus on that, so you could watch some of those to get the gist of it? but they get a lot of stuff wrong too, (c)

22) How does envy manifest itself in them (they take what they want, they become resentful, etc)? he resents... he pouts and makes unfun jokes and jabs... he doesn't like being envious or jealous though, so he'll usually just play it off somehow with a tease or a warning in his own way (he's told hokuto after the other complained about his dad that at

least hokuto Has a living father to complain about, oops) so he's sort of harsh about it....

27) Would they prefer a lie over an unpleasant truth? surprisingly, he'd rather the truth, no matter how unpleasant it is. he's lived with enough lies and he'll give white ones himself, because eventually they'll become true, but he'd absolutely prefer knowing the truth even if no one would blame him for looking away from it

17) Are they easily embarrassed? What embarrasses them? he's not easily embarrassed!!! but he does get embarrassed, usually when he's overly praised... one point that really sticks out is when hokuto's dad, for example, praises him and mentions he really resembles his dad, and that makes subaru pretty sheepishly embarrassed... other things that embarrass

him tend to be little things that people (natsume) can dig at him about, that he'll usually pout and complain and whine about, but subaru tends to roll with things pretty easily since it's always been easier to do that
