Animal Crossing got an update and an expansion, and I'm trying so hard to keep focused on NaNo. Last night I had a dream that the parking lot for my units was so full that my next door neighbor had parked his truck on the sidewalk right outside my garage door (in the walk from my garage mandoor to my unit's front door, which is about

the length of a truck), which was weird and annoying and put me on edge already, then I walked into my house without having to unlock my front door, which weirded me out again, so I immediately started looking for if someone had stolen anything.

My stomach fell when I saw that my living room floor was clear of the boxes and cat toys that are normally there for Clover to dive through, and I desperately looked first toward my Switch to see if it had been taken out of its dock - It had!! Horror!! Bad!!! And then I woke up. And that's how NaNo is going.
