[ADHD] So here's a fun game to try. Put an object on your desk where you're sure to see it when you go looking for it, specifically so you don't spend 10-15 minutes looking for it.
Leave the room.
Come back.
Try to find the object.
Look everywhere in the room.
Check that spot three times.

Found it EXACTLY where I put it. But I had to check the whole room first for the magic to work.
