According to sources on the internet I respect, the owner of the house I live in can NOT evict me.
1) She has not stated any reason for this eviction.
2) She has to apply for rental assistance before she can evict me (COVID-19)
3) She can not evict me for protected causes.
She has completely messed herself up and she does not even know it (yet).

On top of that, she has told me she does not want my rent anymore. She is NOT going to be happy when she discovers or is told about the kind of trouble she has created for herself.
Protected causes are: 1) Requesting repairs, 2) Making Complaints about issues of habitability or the like, and 3) Complaining to an agency about habitability issues in the home. I have done ALL of these and nothing I can be legally evicted for. I will know more after I talk to Legal Aid.
