but yeah I’m really excited!! They liked me so much I got the offer mid-FIRST INTERVIEW and we spent most of our time talking about geeky shit like miniature painting

They had pronouns in their names, my manager is NB, and they were super accepting of me being ADHD and working better when I had deadlines
