[rl/rp] it's been a rough week full of stuff that I won't go into in this plurk, so as to not have to put up cw's, but hoping that things are maybe ready to start improving again?
going to at least try and reply to whatever rp threads I'd had going
I know I should be starting new things, especially with needing to make AC this month, but I don't have the brains to come up with ideas right now
at least I'm finally starting to accept the fact that my "normal" for now is this back-and-forth of things being kind of okay and then being really not okay for a while
which I know has got to be frustrating for other people to deal with
but trying to accept the fact that there isn't much I can do about it that I'm not already trying so gfdhjk
had a heck of a counseling session on monday, which I really needed, and I'm kind of excited about the resource that my therapist recommended to help me get through some of this
my brother said that he'd followed my advice and had sat down to write some notes to take to his counselor... and then ended up writing a whole page instead. so that's great news. being as proactive as he can be, so he can get help too.
how is my brother in jail the only other one in my family interested in improving his mental health gfdhjk
