[Spoilers for S1 Finale]

so... a lighthearted show, right?? for the most part, YEAH! but there was one particular scene that made me misty eyed. specifically the flashback to Nate's son's death. just him sobbing and expressing actual despair broke my heart

so good tho, the acting was top notch. I was at work, and it still got me teary eyed.

okay now that's done, I'm onto season 2, already a few episodes in. I'm really enjoying how they're fleshing out Eliot. I mean we already knew that there was more to him than being the muscle and the charismatic ones with the ladies, but I really appreciated him helping the abused kid.

on a side note, an author on AO3 that I really like keeps writing Eliot/Mr. Quinn fics, and I'm like ??? I know that there's still like 5 more seasons for me to get through, but I really didn't think that this Quinn guy left much of an impression at first

(calling it now, I'm gonna be singing a different tune in a couple seasons just watch)

I know he (Mr. Quinn) makes a return later on, because I looked at the Wikia to see when he first shows up, and he has a bigger role later on it seems. so we'll see!

for now, Parker/Hardison are giving me feelings, they are so cute

right now, as I stated in my previous thread, it's super lighthearted and not too intensive so it's an easy show to watch
