Good morning. I don’t ever want to have to set up a new phone again. 
It was much easier when all you had to do was move your SIM card over!
I did that, actually a Verizon guy did. But what he failed to tell me was the 11 card wasn’t good enough for the 13. Another Verizon guy helped me on the phone but some things are still messed up. And Facebook has locked me out! New device. 🙄🙄🙄
Aargh.
And I have a new iMac to set up too.
I hope there’s no Covid next time. I’ll just go to an Apple store and let them do it all.
Nice to have new toys, but the setup can be a pain! Last time I got a new Mac, I used the Migration Assistant and it went very smoothly. Hope yours does too!

I Mac transfer seems to be working so far!
If you’re your upgrading from one iPhone to another it’s easier to skip iCloud and do it from phone to phone.
Swamp_Daddy: I guess I’m just overly optimistic. Haha! Yeah, that sounds like me... Lazy is more like it.
pritcharddesign: The last few years I’ve updated to the newest iPhone, so I’ve learned what works the easiest. This last year I decided to see how long I can make mine last. So I got the 12 pro max with 512GB storage. Now to see how many years I can make this one last. When I do upgrade next this one will be handed down to a parental unit.
Swamp_Daddy: Nice. Unfortunately I think it's worst when you do wait 'cause the difference between phones is so huge.
