Anybody know some good artists to look into for commissioning good quality cosplay ears and tails?

I've got somebody who wants to cosplay as G'raha Tia but would love something a little nicer than the standard Spirit Halloween-quality Ears and Tails and I figured the Furry community would be the best place to go. XDXD

One more bump. Definitely please do post shops or recs if you know of anybody that takes commissions for custom ears/tails like this. ^^

Oh and no worries if their commissions aren't open right now. Wait lists or even just artists to follow would be a huge help.
