most of my job i like but

we spread way too thin. and by we i mean me. there are two other people in my department, one who is actually good at what he does and only here 3 days a week and totally overloaded with menial weekly tasks, and the other who is only here 2 days a week and shirks most of the extraneous tasks shes assigned

meanwhile im here taking work hand to mouth when what i SHOULD be doing is pushing the department to actually be, yknow, profitable

i need like... one of them to actually be full time

specifically the one who actually likes the work we do and not just paper pushing

ofc the owner is like... needlessly sus of him because hes the New Guy when the Old Gal watches star trek at work most of the day and again... shirks all progress work
