I fucking hate ants for the record I FUCKING hate ants. You know how most people have an instant fear response with spiders I have a visceral hate response with ants

I’m only seeing like one or two (or....increasingly more than that) in various areas which makes it nigh impossible to determine where they’re actually coming from

I almost wish is was sugar ants bc even though those are a royal pain in the ass at least you can bait them easier

Everything I’m seeing for carpenter ants isn’t pet safe

In case you haven’t heard me bitching about them or don’t know this already: carpenter ants are fucking huge btw

I found one in the kettle the other morning when I went to boil water and had to wash it out. Died a little on the inside
