Just thinking more about this and what I'm going to do with him
Reading more of the new comics, I don't think I'm going to be able to go with the fixing the Flash Point plot, because fixing that would mean literally erasing some people from existence (Like Wallace). Which I don't think Bart could do in good continence. Plus so much of new 52 has essentially been retconned.
Most of the Flash family is back (we've yet to see Jenni outside of an issue of Flash but Bart seemed pretty sure he would see her again), they're getting back all of Young Justice and everyone is getting their memories back. I'm pretty sure Bart is even living with Max again.
It feels like he's already concentrating on fixing things in the current timeline as it is. At least in what ways he can.
So I think I will just be taking him from the current comics. It feels like he's at an interesting place right now.

He'll probably suspect Tim and Kon are from another universe though. Possibly one where Flash Point doesn't happen. Or with the info they might get off of him from memshares and slip-ups, they could use that to help stop it in their own universe.

I think marie and I just don't want to play with post flashpoint bc flashpoint would erase all their growth until later and then kon has a fuckin kid and... it'd be weird

tim has all his memory back. and kon doesn't actually have a kid, or a wife. when he arrived in gem world he saw a women being harassed by guards and pretended to be her husband to get them to back off, protecting her when they tried to assault her. She took him in as thanks and he helped protect, worked her farm and watched the kid -
till he could find his way home.
they were never an actual couple.
and she was dropped almost immediately. kon found out tim was in gem world, bolted for him and never looked back

that's my guess, yeah. we don't really get to know the widow much before they drop her from the plot. pretty sure she was there largely for shock value.

Honestly, just Dick in the type of clothes the elves wore in LotR, with his primary colors being turquoise and grey. Maybe kinda based on what Legolas wears?

Forgot to post this! The write up for Bart's NPC APP:
When the gang gets captured and taken to Rome, those who get sent to the colosseum or who end up watching the fights, might start to hear rumors about one of the combatants. A wild thing, found out in the woods during a storm. Thought to possibly be a descendant of the god Jupiter or one of the new fay creatures that have been appearing around their borders.
So strange in nature, the lions refuse to eat him. Having won every match despite refusing to use a weapon, flitting around the arena at inhuman speeds.
What they don't talk about is how Bart's yet to kill anyone, putting on enough of a show to get away with it. But by the time the others get there he's getting by on the skin of his teeth. Still capable of putting on a show but prone to passing out from exhaustion after fights as they try to starve him out.
When the rest of the gang gets there he'll be helping them get free, and possibly get thrown into matches with a few of them. If I feel like I can handle playing him long-term they'll find out he's marked and I'll make a full app for him. If I can't he'll leave at the end of the Rome plot.
Does that sound okay? I'm still kinda fiddling with it.
Not sure if this makes him sounds too over powered?
Also not sure about the being rumor of him being " a descendant of the god Jupiter" mostly because I'm not all that familiar with Roman theology or if that's a thing. Trying to wiki stuff but everything about this is so long and dry and I'm lazy.
He's just kind of getting by on being fast and not fighting the way people and the arena expect someone to fight.

I think the others are getting power suppressants but we could probs go with the idea they dropped him in thinking he was powerless and easy pickins and everyone LOVES the speed thing

when they're in semi private Kon is gonna hug him as best as the shackles will allow and try to just hold him for a while
figured Bart caused enough of a recuse when he was first brought in that they tried to feed him to the lions and when they wouldn't eat him and he put on enough of a show to be entertaining, they put him in the arena. But they're kinda scared of him and are hoping he'll eventually lose.
If he's been there longer he's gone without any gentleness or kindness for a bit
and will reasure him they're getting out bc a) Tim's out there and b ) even if he can't get loose the group has allies
Bart would definitely need that. He's gonna be so relived to hear Tim and Dick are there. and he's also probably going to ask Kon if he's real, because he's completely unsure if this is a "got stuck in virtual reality" thing again or if he got tossed into another universe again.
Also, I just realized I forgot to put quotation marks around "inhuman speeds". Fixing that in the write up. I'll add something about him just being faster then most.

I think even he's kind of suspected. Like he's bad about not at picking up on that kind of thing, or miss reading that stuff but their also not freakin' subtle.
Also, I didn't know there was going to be a party! I'm excited for that and all three getting to regroup
I think korel said something about a feast and like the gladiators would get to go and also those being used as servants like Tim could be there.
