[housing] Welp, it looks like I'm not closing on my new place on Friday, because the HOA doesn't have insurance paperwork and doesn't know when they'll get it.
I have no idea when I'm moving now, and can't even reschedule my movers because I don't know when the HOA will get off their ass and I can close.
my poor students saw me crying on the phone this morning trying to get a solid timeline out of these people and I feel so bad lol
