[Students] today I had to have a conversation with someone who kept insisting he had been redpilled and liberated from the evils of the feminist agenda. I am still not over this. I've never seen one of them offline before.

I think that the going explanation for that move is that the trans women in question came out after the release of their film and is an example of the Insidious brainwashing of the radical left, or something

Ooh. It's true that the redpill crowd is very into appropriating the classics. I know it's part of Jordan Peterson's MO in particular, because the appeal to myths and history is part of his method of making people feel important and special. I should check that book out.
