"It's just like an onion ring but secretly healthy!!!" IT IS NOTHING LIKE AN ONION RING
THIS IS CAULIFLOWER IN A DIFFERENT SHAPE
"it's just like rice!" HAVE YOU EVER EATEN RICE IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE

I mean all foods go farty in the end
i do love cauliflower tho
I like cauliflower when it's not pretending not to be cauliflower.
I don't think I've ever had good cauliflower
like a lot of the times I'm like "eww" about a vegetable until I have it somewhere at a restaurant that knows wtf to do with it (looking at you, Squash)
but it's in the broccoli family so it might just not be for me
I keep trying broccoli hoping I'll have grown adult tastebuds about it but nope it's still always broccoli
I want to like cauliflower based things but it's fucking cauliflower.
I feel this. cauliflower is the devil, though I don't mind it mashed with a lot of garlic, I discovered. And I can handle it as rice with a LOT of other things mixed in, but it's still cauliflower. I can't MAKE the rice because of the smell of cauliflower.
i only really like it with cheese sauce
I think it only works if you like cauliflower. I literally ate half a roasted cauliflower as dinner and was so so so happy with it
however, if you are largely indifferent to cauliflower, I highly recommend roasting it with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon or balsamic vinegar. And optional spicy; I put red pepper flakes in tonight.
& ditto broccoli, I will occasionally mix up both and eat them like this.
it can be many shapes but it will always taste of cauliflower
i feel like there are always people who are just cauliflower intolerant. could just be a taste bud thing but not as intense as the hate others have for cilantro
