I don’t know — I use iMazing, but it’s not free (there’s a demo version, but it limits how much you can transfer). iMazing | iPhone, iPad & iPod Manager for Mac & PC
iCloud?

Or can't you connect your phone and copy everything over? I've done that before.

Teeg: I’m trying to get everything off kdfrawg’s phone so I can sell it. It’s no longer connected to the cloud because all services are turned off. I could get the photos through Mac photo but not music, notes, etc.

Just doing a search, there do seem to be ways to transfer Notes to a Mac without iCloud.

pritcharddesign It's probably not connected to iTunes anymore either. Can you plug it into your computer and, using Finder, just copy everything?
Finder should show it under Locations.

mimipal: Thanks. This option uses icloud which I can’t do with his phone because it doesn’t have internet services.
pritcharddesign: Can you connect it over wifi instead? That should let you use iCloud if you can, and you don't need to have cellular.

Teeg: 🤔 Maybe but there’s no kdrawg icloud account. 🤔
pritcharddesign: Finder doesn't show the option to access files on the phone?

It might help to see an image of what Finder does show, as well as what phone version it is (8, X, etc.).

See, it's grayed out. :-(
This is what I'd like to see, in Finder: https://images.plurk.com/4UfAKw9Ej8G5hHb07RnN77.jpg

This shouldn't be so complicated! (unsure)
It's on the Mac.

pritcharddesign: I thought of an OTG cable. Easy to do with Android, but a bit dicier for iPhones. Here's a page with info. Slightly confusing, but near the bottom of the article it seems to discuss how to transfer from an iPhone to something like a flash drive and then to a Mac. For iPhone models which support OTG.

If you scroll down to Part 2, there's a method without iCloud. Though it still seems a bit complicated, using Email.
