The people who own this house are not accepting my Emotional Support Animal letter for Snooki because they say their insurance does not allow pets. Snooki is not a pet according to the laws that apply to Emotional Support Animals so any no-pet policy does not apply to her. The laws are very clear about this.
They also can not charge me extra on my rent to have Snooki here with me. In fact, according to the laws, I can deduct any expenses I have related to Snoki (Vet, Food, Grooming, etc) from my rent for a given month. I have never done this though. I do not think they are going to back down and allow me to have Snooki here. :I

I have several pages that explain about Emotional Support Animals but have not had a chance to give this to the owners yet. The way things are going, it is looking more and more like this will not end well for me and Snooki. I do not have the actual statutes though.

None of this may make any difference at all. The shared room situation I was going to go into will not allow me to have all the stuff I need in there like my 6' work table and my 4' work table. I could only have the 4' work table which is where my 3D Printer would go. I would not have any work area for myself, or very minimal work area at best.
Since they will not give me a private room here, there is no possible way I can get what I need. I am just going to have to find another place to live where I can get what I need. That is going to be very difficult on my income.
