okay okay, so I've been playing this on a near daily basis since downloading it in April.... so of course I have some feelings... this will be a thread of those feelings as they come and go.

this morning I had some headcanons and thoughts about Princess x Knight cookie respectively.
first thought, bodyguard x who they are guarding gold... but subverts that by the one being guarded actually being the strong one that does the saving
like, c'mon, Princess Cookie is a tank, and doesn't need protecting... anymore...

which brings us to the second thought.
Knight Cookie is older than Princess Cookie. for all intents and purposes, he was MADE for her. so of course, he was able to fulfill his duty to protect her when she was a little biscuit, but as she's grown, she's surpassed Knight Cookie in ability.
but he's having trouble letting go of his life's purpose

and so, we have Knight Cookie bumbling after Princess Cookie, constantly getting himself into troublesome situations where HE has to be saved. Princess Cookie doesn't mind, of course, she quietly revels in the fact that she has this doting and somewhat useless bodyguard. he's cute and fun to keep around for her various adventures.

tbf I haven't looked at the ao3 for CRK yet, but just in general fanart quantities.... very lacking. I guess this is what happens when most of the players are kids... (٥↼_↼)
