The only thing that's really astonishing for me is that people don't want Omega for eyes. Almost all? heads have it, and since you can change eye size by head hud, it would really be easiest and just one item instead of tons of bom eyes or different appliers for each head. Beats me

Sisch: Bom eyes are adjustable too. I dont see a reason to use applier at all. BOM eyes are saved with the outfit in appearance menu

The HUD for Lel heads allow size change too

BishieStyleSL: I know that! It's just that I would prefer having one object in inventory, instead of a billion bom eyes. My inventory is already big enough

BishieStyleSL: the only reason to use appliers would be to change left and right eye individually, with BOM that's not possible

Sisch: that was the biggest surprise for me too. i was considering doing eyes for BOM and Omega only in the future but not anymore lol no idea why people don't like it, maybe the extra relays/ installers they have to buy?

nkaru: I'm surprised it wasn't more tbh. when doing CS and i ask which head are you wearing and do you use BOM or appliers people often have no idea

I love appliers that are head specific and avoid all omegas, simply because they don’t always apply to the mesh correctly. Colors for lips are better as appliers for men, as we may want a hint of color but not a whole swath of lipstick. And if it’s slightly the wrong color, it can be tinted on the HUD.

This from a man who regularly adds femme accents to outfits but also goes full-on drag now and again, as well.

i understand not wanting Omega appliers for makeup, since makeup has to be custom made for heads or it will look off. So it would have to be an Omega applier made specifically for your head and not everyone offers that. Omega eyes however is something I don't understand since eyes all share the same UV. I wish BOM layers were blendable,

but I don't mind offering different opacity levels and i sometimes do custom opacity levels as well

IzzieButton Oh yes, I didn't think of the relays, might be that! All in all I prefer bom for everything, it's just that inventory grows very fast if you buy lots of makeup, and I do.
