I think Swamp_Daddy did a test once. Anything that you post before you make a profile public is still hidden, so if you want to make it public for a bit, your old posts will still be safe.

pritcharddesign: Yeah, FB's algorithm is weird. You might get better results on Twitter... at least there, it's an issue with scroll speed instead of twitter not sharing it.

Teeg: The test I did was if the Plurk was private to all my friends only. Then a person was added as a friend. Before being added the person couldn’t see the Plurk, but afterwards they could see the private Plurk that pleas posted before they were a friend. I didn’t try making a private Plurk public.

pritcharddesign: This has to be very difficult. I almost lost my house when the housing boom went bust. So I understand some of the stress that comes with that. The banks weren’t playing nice. Luckily for me Nevada had a law that allowed me to force my lender into mediation. Is there any similar laws or resources where you live that could help out?

Swamp_Daddy: I don't know actually. Just right now I could get this $30k grant and now only need $2300 to be able to get it (I have to pay overage first). I can't believe I could lose it over that amount of money.
