i went in to see the dentist this morning at 8:30

The prescription got sent around 2

and almost 4 hours later, i finally have confirmation that it's ready to be picked up

so that's my day

it's the ones handling your prescription

"oh there it goes"

I fuckin guess!

me: calls the first time
them: it'll be ready in about an hour
me: goes after an hour
them: oh it'll be ready in about 40 min
narrator: almost 2 hours later...

they're usually good about it so I'm slightly miffed they dropped the ball when it was really a prescription I needed asap

Yeah...

God, that happened to me once with my anxiety meds, it's always so frustrating.
