interesting SL fact (maybe you didn't know either): if you don't want someone buying from your MP store, block their avi inworld
banning only keeps them from coming to your inworld store but blocking they get a message when trying to buy something from MP that the item isn't available to them

gogolita: good question! i guess not though, since MP delivers it to the gifted person directly and when that person is blocked they probably won't receive it
they could always buy with an alt though, but at least we have a little something to protect ourselves
