Hey kids. A friend has a Samsung s10e with a battery that won't hold a charge. It's her second battery. Thoughts? Known issues?
Could be a cheap replacement battery. Aftermarket batteries don't always last as long. Also, try turning off the phone and restarting after a few minutes. After a few times might start holding a charge longer.
