anyone use an Instant pot? i got one recently off FB marketplace and OMG... i use it every day!! i'm late to the game i know but what do you make in yours if you have one?
anything i used to make in a crock pot i make in the instant pot
i also boil eggs in it, and have used it to thaw meat i forgot to take out of the freezer
chicken, rice, veggies, chili, pasta...
i tried pasta and it was amazing! came out perfect!! last night i made a curry dish with potatoes, garbanzo beans, tofu and fire roasted tomatoes and OMG it was sooo flipping good! i resited for so long...

It's amazing for ribs and hard squashes like butternut. Really miss mine, my dad broke it last year and I've been without since.
Dysfunctionality: i got mine off FB marketplace for 40 dollars brand new. the 8 quart one... can you look there, i see tons everyday for sale.
I will see what I find after I move, I don't need anything else to haul over with me. Really good idea though!!
