I read a couple of books lately, mainly DARE by Barry McDonagh (the name always makes me think of drugs but no, it's about overcoming anxiety)

the process of having to go no, stop, brain and then try to force the thoughts in a more positive direction instead is... wheeze!!

sooo current mh goals are:
- be more aware of negative thoughts/feelings
_ trying replacement with positive thoughts
- gratitude journal at the end of each day of 3 things
