I have no skills to teach, if I did I'd offer freely. Honestly, I source a base img or gif from the internet or grab a vid from YouTube and just use an online editor.

A go to easy tool is thisAnimated GIF editor and GIF makerIt does most of the work for you

I use EZgif all the time, lol. But Never got anything plurk icon sized to look good, animated or not
