Did a store infrastructure reform meeting, I now have a project manager that will keep the team on their toes, & they set up a nicer scheduling system and all. I've also shuffled positions around and hopefully this year won't be like 2022.
It's tiring but, it's no doubt 2022 was a lesson to be learned and we're taking steps to avoid a duplicate of it.

I've also declined doing a stage for Second Life Birthday, which bums me out quite a bit, but I have to take it easy this year (and also our FF sim is going to have a lot of effort put into it so I'll be charred corpse by June).
I'll still be contributing to SLB in small ways though, and I might pop up next year who knows!
