I made it after talking to a few people about what windlight is truly neutral. A lot say CalWL and Nams' skin and prim, but they all have a tone to them that will break your perception.
So I sat down, flicked between full bright on and off, and made a true neutral EEP for skinning!

Yeh I made my own shopping windlight with proper ambient light, cause most shopping places just have no propert light.
