I've got some meds to help me with the icky feeling in my throat, decongestant I can use and a hot cuppa. I'm gonna try all that just before I go to bed tonight and see if I can get more than an hour.

Ahh nah, I can't handle any kind of alcohol, honestly. The smell/tase turns my stomach
