Still in love with Idolish7 even though I’ve only seen season 1. The Royal Tutor was great
Idolish7? I swear I've heard that knocking about...
I mean I've mostly been rewatching stuff, so.... LOL
Shugo Chara mostly, some Hikaru No Go, but I plan to rewatch Fushigi Yuugi ASAP.
Trigun stampede is amazing
trevenant Is it a remake or... something different??
It’s a remake/reimagine of Trigun
Ohh well now I am gonna need to watch that! I loved the og!
Buddy Daddies sounds odd lol
It’s a series about two assassins that end up with a kid lol
It has the hidden sadness tho
oh no... sadness....... goes to look for it
i havent kept up with stuff either but My Dress-Up Darling is so good
Byefelicia I have never heard of that! Whats it about?
its about a girl who wants to cosplay but sucks at making the stuff, so she asks a doll maker to help her make stuff
and it's very cute and fun
Okay that does sound adorable ^^
marin is my spirit animal LOL
I'll have to give it a looksee!
My dress up darling is soooooo good
Kaiji. I don't actually think it'd be up your alley, especially the art style, but I know literally no one who watches it and I'm desperate at this point
but if you wanna see a crybaby gremlin ass man do squid games kaiji is a go
i just started rewatching Utena
Uramichi Oniisan is a great anime about the cast of a children's show.
omg yes i second both Spy x Family for its cuteness, and Uramichi for it's amazing humour
So what I'm getting is Spy x Family is good? ^^ What is it about? Or does it do exactly what it says on the tin?
noooo that is my little rat baby
the fandom likes to call Kaiji things like rat and gremlin lol
he's like the opposite of a pretty boy but that's his appeal, we all love him so much
Kougamyazawa: maybe if it hadn't been about gambling I would have watched the anime! I've never much liked gambling.
yeah it's a very gambling based anime, actually it's the inspiration for Squid Games, according to the script writer
if you want a roommate comedy about vampires there's The Vampire Dies In No Time! it's such a dumb anime but I love it so much
Kougamyazawa: haha now that looks amusing. Also a little odd looking but not nearly as jarring!
I'll have to give it a look!
it's definitely high energy slapstick comedy, I find it perfect for when you just want to watch something silly and don't feel like following a plot. each episode contains several small episodes and it's all kinds of Shenanigans ™
I have been watching an anime about playing Koto. it gives me such Hikaru no Go vibes
Kono Oto Tomare! (Sounds of Life) is the name of it. The main character is insecure, and he ends up friends/part of the school koto club with a former troublemaker (who wants to make his dead grandpa proud), a professional koto player with ulterior motives, and a bunch of former delinquents the second guy saved from being beat up once. It's very cute
That does kinda sound cute ^^
and like Hikaru no Go, it goes shounen on a subject that might not be expected to get the shounen treatment (koto being a traditional instrument)
I love "Why is this shonen...... oh.... OH YEAH, 100% Shonen!" stories sometimes. (See that I play from the Culdcept Manga.)
