I'm not a singer. But lately, I find it harder to sing this days. Sobra yung strain sa lalamunan. Nabibilaukan din ako lagi kumain. Minsan kahit hangin lang. I wonder if it's connected to me physically, mentally or both. It's stressful to be in constant pain pero stiff din kasi leeg at batok ko to compensate for the herniated disc.
I'm no doctor, but seems to be a combination of both physical and psychological factors hampering your singing. Sana kahit man lang iyan ay magawan ng paraan ng doctors. Hug with consent
luna_y_gatos: I think so too. I'm currently completing tests before going back to the neuro. Sana nga magawan ng paraan kasi ang hirap din magwork because I was a callcenter agent before I went on sabbatical while trying to get approved for work from home.
