Jaskier was afraid. Afraid of tearing the bond between them apart, until they were outright enemies, until Jaskier was running for his life from Witchers because of Geralt's pride.

"Just be careful of the wolves. They get hungry at night," Geralt said, turning away, perhaps tired of waiting. Perhaps already convinced Jaskier would say no.

It was the reason he said yes.

"We'll stay."

看完了，愛死這一篇，結尾感受很像看了一場精彩的愛情電影大作

我最喜歡這篇的點在它從頭到尾情緒都很飽滿，情節上張力非常強，但是他的詞句安排完全不誇張也不過度戲劇化、你可以感覺到作者用很穩定的手把跟風暴一樣的故事控制在他高明的敘述跟文字之中

當然還是有缺點啦，我覺得Geralt的腳色描寫不夠力，還有這個故事前提真的真的真的很適合在結尾來一篇心靈跟肉體互相連結的肉，但很顯然作者覺得這會轉移他的故事焦點
