anyway i'm catching up to season 2, slowly, because i struggle with binging this show so i'm watching one episode a day

but her whole everything with crystal makes me want to scream. she's such a freaky little weirdo and she's also so unbelievably miserable and pitiful

i do think it's genuinely really interesting that misty meets this guy who's new and doesn't even care about the past that was, in her mind, the most important thing she ever did with the most important people she'll ever meet, and he genuinely likes her even though she's batshit and probably a murderer even though he doesn't quite get her

and she's absolutely going to choose the girls who don't even like her over him. it's not even a question, she just will. because just like everyone else, she's never going to let it go. the others see it as this horrific event they went through and even though it was that for misty too she still sees it as the closest she's ever come to belonging

the shared trauma is just like the sisterhood of the traveling pants!!!

if frodo was on fire and taissa was thirsty, misty would toss oil on frodo just to make sure she doesn't get it mixed up with taissa's water

when walter said "i don't really care about what happened to you guys in the woods. that's not why i find you interesting" it was like a slap to the face because even though for ANY of the others that would have been a huge relief, for misty it's like. how dare you?
