He was adamant that we not tell members about his situation. So the fact he's being open about the cause and upcoming emergency surgery.. Well fuck. They must have scared him.

I said all I could and nudged more to send well wishes. So now we just wait. The recovery is expected to be 1 month.

Yeah, it's just. He just needs luck. I'm so angry he refused the surgery. I couldn't tell him to reconsider. He thinks he's so tough he can fight cancer on his own, but cancer doesn't care about his muscles or resolve. It eats those for breakfast

I wish it wasn't this late to have the surgery. If he's doing it at all it means there isn't another choice and it's worsening
