I hope I don't regret saying that, but generally. We don't have enemies. Even allies we've had falling outs with, we're still friends

I MEAN friends is a stretch. Amicable. Not wanting to hunt each other. Happier to wave when we bump into each other, etc.

Also to note, to dec a guild there are two categories. If a guild owns a node from a war, then they can only dec other guilds who also own nodes from war.

If a guild does not own a node, they can dec everyone, with or without a node

The assumption is, if you do war, you do PvP and you are good at it. If you don't war, you don't generally PvP and you are bad at it. So it restricts those "good" at it to only fight people their own size and allows those "bad" at it to "practice" against whoever they want

Makes sense until you calculate in toxic people who would rather dec the world and don't care about wars and nodes

BUT USUALLY the system works well enough to keep perma decs between the few who war and away from those who don't

We swing from yes and no, depending on guild mood + who can fight

So dec'ing us isn't really... consistent. Guilds would have a hard time unless they never do war, only then is it consistent.

Also we're a life skill guild by category so any perma decs is a bit embarrassing for our opponent. Warring guilds don't want to lose to life skilling guilds it's just awkward

My boys picked up a fuss on Arsha the pvp specific server

Idk what they did. One said it was a 4v15 but they got attention for it

We like to lay low and out of sight. And while I beam with pride that they can fight so many on their own. It's not helping the image of lying low and out of sight

Brigs, a server alliance leader offered them (us) a spot in their alliance. They have a pairing, I guess you could call it. It's a guild we get along with. Another alliance system situation. They already agreed to 51 so we can have 99.

Actually, they offered 50/100 with us at 100 but I countered with 51/99 because you need 51 for a rank up in guild size. 50 is medium, 51 is large. Just being in the Large category gets you a lot of perks so 50 doesn't make sense

But they want to lead. Which makes sense. Brigs does not run this guild he wants us paired with. The guild is Tea, we'll call it. We get along with Tea and I've talked to their leader many, many times. We have the same home server so it's not unusual to see their members

So there's good and bad. Good = steady numbers when we do war

Bad = We have to compromise on when we do war. We can't lie low if someone else is controlling the reins

We're still ironing out options and agreements but it's a good offer. A guild okay with our size and still being interested while getting us a seat in one of the major alliances in the game...

NGL it's a good deal. The alliance is becoming very strong

Yes, 4 of our members were impressive fighters that Brigs saw

But most of the members are green horns and I'm certainly not much better. So our better 4 in Arsha is not exactly a good judge...
