but based on my plurk a couple days ago, I feel like I dont want to go full network, but given the divided opinions amongst the crew I kind of want Finn to get into it with someone about staying

with the caveat that he IS going to be in the wrong, and just kind of like, unnuanced Teen Boy Optimism that inadvertently steps on toes

me and safelybeds talked about doing something with this but it really needs to be a conflict between himself and someone that's NOT JAKE

(I'm not expecting super negative, damage our CR disagreement....finn will likely come back and apologise about it pretty quickly )

but I have some character growing I want to do

lmf if you don't get anyone who can do so swiftly, ciri is likewise teen opinionated and going, but yeah adults might be better boards to bounce off/have different nuance

whimsea: that could work!! mostly I am looking for someone who is voting either to go or has a complicated opinion of it (as opposed to Finn kind of not thinking about it very hard and just bluntly thinking they should stay)

yeah go for it with rhys! ciri is voting go, not because she's like yes people deserve death, but it's not remotely practical to stay, there's a track record of reasons to not, and she'd be one of your magic healers having to help handle this if they do
