[Work/Coworker's Health]: Ahh feel free to mute. I'm stressed. She's (coworker) stressed. We're all stressed.
latest #17
Coworker had a supposed heart attack??? last night
They think it's likely covid related
So she's at the hospital and the English dept is scrambling to cover her classes
I offered but I'm at teaching cap so they refused my help LOL
I haven't been able to reach her for well wishes so I am hoping that she's resting. We last heard from her about ... 6am I think
She lives alone and kudos to her for recognizing she was not okay, there's a lot of "I'm okay" health issue denial here, and also for getting herself an ambulance at 2am
Finals start on Monday. I know she was extremely worried that her classes weren't ready
I doubt that stress helped her health situation
But geez that's all really scary
Holy moly I hope she's okay
Or well. I mean, clearly not, but I hope they're able to help her
She was still in the ER this morning, which I guess is the best place she can be in this situation
I honestly don't know what it is. She said her heart was 120bpm laying down and she couldn't feel her fingers/hands/feet/toes so that's what caused her to be alarmed
Idk if that's a heart attack or what. Some things are getting lost in translation, in Chinese they are telling me it's
But that can also just mean heart disease. It's just like "sick heart"
