My siblings and I watched it over the course of the last week while we were vacationing together.

It was a little bit fast-paced in parts, but I mean, with how much they had to get through...

I really liked that they did some new world building - Lettuce's episode with the ancient ancestors of the aliens honestly justified this reboot in and of itself.

And I continue to praise the direction they took Masaya.

...to the point where I have contemplated a journal, raise your hand if you saw this coming based on my character type...

I will say a large part of the enjoyment was probably the peanut gallery. We were memeing hard in parts. (Thank you Sam Riegel. No I will not elaborate.)

But it was really cute. Well worth the watch in my opinion.
