Alejandrino's contributions to Rizal Mercado, Bonifacio and Aguinaldo y Famy were tremendous efforts to save the Bulaqueño people from the Spanish regime as he experience the Philippine independence from the European power.

After he retired from politics, he wrote his memoirs on the revolutionary days. He also practiced his medical profession, but only for philanthropic purposes. He married Marciana Castro by whom he had seven children before he died on April 6, 1956, he was 86.

Alejandrino was a Bulaqueño executive and a gobernadorcillo of Polo to become a governor (1922–1925) after his attribution to the Katipunan once it for all; nowadays, Polo becomes "Valenzuela" in his bookmarks within Metro Manila thru Republic Act 8526 on February 14, 1998.

Upon it's foundation on November 12, 1623, Franciscan friar Juan Taranco and Juan Monsód took Valenzuela's new status during Spanish times. Although, it seems like a huge progress until they reach it's cityhood in 1998; Valenzuela now celebrates it's 400 years of existence.
