like [nsfw, bl] is a way I've started a large number of plurks.

not usually but sometimes, it depends. I'll usually at least try and give enough context on the toplevel so people will know what the rest of the plurk will be about

if it's just the tags in the top it's usually more personal or sensitive stuff that I don't want people to see immediately while scrolling through
