I bought neem oil for the aphids infesting the pepper plant outside. I don't want to use it. I'm hoping some predators show up, but if none of them do, it's spray city. 
I haven't seen a ladybug beetle here for years. The neem oil is really the last resort. 
Jego: i used soapy water for the aphids kaso 2x day application for 10 days
I'm going to use Neem oil with Castile soap. So far only one plant is infected. I'll wait until better weather though. The rains might just wash it off.
